The following statuses appear in both the GET and POST transactional message APIs.

| INITIATED | The transactional campaign request was received. | No action needed. |
| HALTED | The transactional campaign request failed to send before the handoff to the email service provider. | Send an email to [email protected] to create a support ticket. |
| SENT | The transactional campaign request was handed off to the email service provider. | No action needed. |
| DELIVERED | The transactional campaign request was delivered to the customer. | The campaign was delivered. No further action needed. |
| DELIVERY_FAILURE | The transactional campaign request failed to send after the handoff to the email service provider. | Send an email to [email protected] to create a support ticket. |
| TEMPLATE_PARAMETERS_UPDATED | The transactional campaign was updated with template parameters. No campaign was sent to the customer. | Retry the POST call. You can reuse the message. |
